Enhance Competences:

Your people take the lead, while they follow an "Organizational and Operational Excellence" program during which they learn and apply the required project management skills. In between the training sessions, coaching and support is provided on an individual basis.

(Time frame: 5 months)

What I got from the program: a great community to rely on for the next kaizens, but also for the rest of

my job. And another approach to problems, more macro, more transverse, over the whole value chain

and no longer limited to a service. More personal: a good slap of maturity. It was not always easy for

me, but I personally learned a lot thanks to the group, but especially thanks to Linda and Vanessa.

Lights Insight Resources:

The project team consists of company and Lights Insight resources, lead by a Lights Insight Project Manager. The number of people will depend on the size and the complexity of the project as well as the timing.
